Tyrone Shum is a cool Australian entrepreneur who started his online business career in 2005 when he setup an e-commerce website to sell and distribute Dragonboat paddles across Australia. While being chosen in the national and international competitions himself in the sport of Dragonboating, he found out that there has been great demand of these types of paddles from overseas where teams couldn’t find better ways to buy them locally at a more affordable price. That’s when he setup DBV to contact international suppliers and have the best Dragonboat products distributed all over the country. But then working 60+ hours a week wasn’t the lifestyle he wanted since escaping the rat race. He found himself unhappy working in another job and so looked for better ways to manage an online business. Instantly, the outsourcing concept came in.

It was Tim Ferriss’ Four Hour Work Week that inspired him to finally reduce his working hours from 60 down to 10 hours a week by implementing its systems within only six months. He sold his Dragonboat business in 2009 and started teaching people everything he learned about outsourcing which gave birth to Mass Outsource Mastermind. Since then, the internet marketing community called him today’s Outsourcing Expert as he helped numbers of other entrepreneurs all across the globe experience how great it is to outsource and have freedom while working less and achieving more.
